Our Process

Please contact us. We want to hear about your vacation vision. We yearn to get a vision of the vacation you are picturing in your head. Prior to our conversation, we request that you submit a Vacation Proposal Request. Following the form submission, we will schedule a 30 minute conversation, where we will then fill in the missing pieces, give suggestions, and build the foundation of your vacation using our expertise.

After your consultation, if you decide to move forward, it is time for us to make some magic. Once all agreements are complete to move forward, we are officially your travel agent, & curate a personalized quote/proposal for your family, encompassing your resort options and add-ons. Once complete we will get together online once more to review your proposal, and decide whether to move to the curating a vacation phase.

Most families book their vacations 6+ months in advance. Until we can truly dive into the depths of planning, you get to relax. We keep track of imperative details. One of our biggest tasks is searching for discounts to ensure your family receives the lowest possible for your vacation throughout the process.

Let the planning commence. Be prepared to receive a plethora of emails, texts, and possibly calls from us. We need to start filling in the missing pieces and booking the specialized activities we could not secure in step three, such as dining reservations, excursions, transportation, etc.
